Clavio provides software tools designed to assist digital product sellers in generating structured responses to buyer messages, technical questions, and dispute-related communications.
By accessing or using Clavio, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Clavio generates response suggestions based on user-provided content, including buyer messages, screenshots, and product information.
Clavio does not:
- Process payments on your behalf
- Represent you in disputes
- Guarantee dispute outcomes
- Communicate directly with marketplaces or buyers
All responses generated are suggestions. You remain fully responsible for reviewing and sending any messages.
3. User Responsibility
You agree to:
- Use the service lawfully
- Not misuse the platform
- Not rely solely on generated responses without review
- Comply with marketplace and platform rules
4. No Guarantees
Clavio does not guarantee:
- Prevention of refunds
- Prevention of chargebacks
- Platform dispute success
- Error-free output
5. Limitation of Liability
Clavio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clavio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, business interruption, or account suspension.
6. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled.
Users may cancel at any time through account settings.
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
